This web page provides agencies and personnel the necessary forms and information to support the certification examination program. These resources are intended to support those who are involved with in the certification examination testing process. SFT offers an Evaluator Training class which summarizes the certification examination components, roles & application process for registered Evaluators in addition to how to register the testing event. Information regarding the certification examination can be found in the SFT Procedures Manual .

      • When a student completes a retake, please navigate to the SFT User Portal and once logged in, find and complete the "Certification Exam Retake Completion Form." Completion of this form ensures students who complete retakes are processed and receive their certifications appropriately.
